Symphony Solutions entered the Polish market in late 2016 by opening an office in Rzeszów. It decided to establish a new office in Krakow a year later. The software developer initially occupied interim space of a serviced office operator. To accommodate its growth and increased requirements for workspace, the company decided to move to Ekopark’s building.

With its relocation to Principio, Symphony Solutions will create a Dutch campus in its new office to acknowledge its Dutch origin. As well as representing the tenant in the search for an office location and during lease negotiations, real estate advisory firm Savills also provided building and project consulting services to review and reduce office fit-out costs.

“A comfortable workplace for employees is crucial in the very competitive IT sector. The owner of the building has provided our client with a terrace for their exclusive use and expansion space where Symphony Solutions can even triple its headcount in Krakow in the future,” says Agnieszka Kuehn, Senior Consultant, Office Agency, Savills Krakow office.

“We are extremely pleased to see more tenants signing up to Principio. We concluded four office lease agreements in the past quarter, which is evidence of strong occupier interest in this location and the office building itself,” added Sabina Chęcińska, Negotiator at Knight Frank.

Principio is a class A office building in Armii Krajowej Street in Krakow. It offers 10,700 sq m of modern office space. The building was completed in November 2017. It was developed by Ekopark.
